Proposal + Award Reporting
Sponsored Research Services uses the Coeus database application to record proposal and award activity at UC.
To view an interactive report of the most up-to-date sponsored research activity data (i.e. proposals submitted and awards received), please see the Sponsored Research Activity Dashboard. Note that it is required that you be on the VPN or on campus to access this dashboard.
There is always interest to know which Awards came in the door for the first time for the fiscal year. Please see the New Awards Dashboard for new awards (i.e. the first increment of funding of an award new to UC or the start of a new competitive segment):
To view sponsored award data used for annual reports, please see the Annual Sponsored Award Report. Please note, the data shown is capped at the end of each fiscal year for consistent reporting purposes and may not reflect the live data as seen in the interactive report described above.
Audit Reporting
The A-133 Audit report is an annual compliance review and internal control audit for organizations that receive large amounts of federal funding.
Pursuant to Federal requirement, the University of Cincinnati has had an audit of its Federal awards performed in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance).
To view all current and past Uniform Guidance and A-133 audit reports, please see our UC Audit Reports on Research How 2.
