Target audience: This seminar is limited to Faculty and mentored clinician/scientists preparing to write a competitive extramural research grant proposal.

NIH Career Development Award Proposal Seminar

Half-day seminar on NIH Career Development Award Proposals (K and F32 grants).
Target audience: This seminar is limited to Faculty and mentored clinician/scientists preparing to write a NIH Career Development Award proposal.
No fee. Prerequisite: attend the Write Winning Grant Proposals workshop in April 2017 or April 2018.
Grant Writing: Getting Started
April 18, 2018, 1 pm - 5:00 pm
A half-day seminar on how to begin the grant writing process.
Target audience: This seminar is intended for New/Early Stage Investigators, Graduate Students or Postdocs with no prior grant writing experience.
Fee $100.00. No prerequisite. Workbook included.
- NIH workbook provides step-by-step strategies to write an NIH grant proposal appealing to reviewers at NIH. Includes the Forms C update and Biosketch supplement information.
- NSF identifies the steps to prepare for Fast Lane submission of grant proposals with information about submission changes made in 2013.
- Any Agency is applicable for submission to agencies other than NIH or NSF.
