Lab Departure & Relocation Procedures
To ensure a safe transition in laboratory occupancy, decommissioning procedures are in place and must be followed. The UC's Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Advisory 7.1.1 provides instructions for laboratory departure and to get prepared for the EH&S final decommissioning inspection, the UC safety offices created a compiled Lab Close Out Checklist.
